"I purchased a new home July 23rd of 2007 in the Cottage Grove area of Houston. Tom McCarty performed my home inspection and was extremely personable, professional, thorough and proficient.

Tom discovered a gas leak in the attic that if untreated could have very well been detrimental to my health and the wellbeing of my neighbors. Tom also discovered a faulty air compressor in the air conditioner unit in the back yard.

Everything between the crawl space and the attic was inspected, items in question or in violation of building code were both documented and photographed so I could present them to the builder for appropriate repair.
